He’s been working overtime promoting his new film “After Earth,” and last night (May 20) Will Smith showed up at “The Late Show with David Letterman.”

The “I Am Legend” hunk flashed a peace sign to the paparazzi as he headed inside the Ed Sullivan Theatre in New York City sporting a blue satin suit with a red button-up shirt.

Once inside, Will walked out on stage while Paul Shaffer and the house band played Smith’s classic hit “Summertime.” And that’s all it took for him to grab a mic and join in the fun.

Previously Smith told press he’s considering a return to the rap game after hanging out with Kanye West earlier this year. "I might get the bug. I''m not gonna do it unless I''m truly inspired."

Will Smith and Jaden Smith got to enjoy some father-son bonding time courtside last night. They watched the Miami Heat defeat the Chicago Bulls in Game 5 of the NBA Eastern Conference Semifinals. The ‘After Earth‘ costars must truly enjoy hanging out together, not the most common thing you see with teens and their parents!

There was a rumor that Jaden wanted to be legally emancipated from his parents for his 15th birthday. My question: what 15-year-old does NOT want to be emancipated from their parents? LOL. I do not see that happening. Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith are too responsible as parents to agree to something like that. With all the money Jaden’s earned, can you imagine the choices he’d make? {shudder}

Paying a visit to their loyal South Korean following, Will Smith and Jaden Smith showed up at the premiere of “After Earth” in Seoul this evening (May 7).

The fabulous father-son duo got all gussied up and hit the town for the big event, held at the Times Square theater downtown.

Of working with his son, Will told press, "Entertainment is our family business, so I am sure that if something comes up we''ll do it again."

"He (Jaden) is looking forward to a comedy, he''s been having to do lots of drama for his career. Drama has kind of been his signature and he''s been asking to find a comedy."

Showing some love to their loyal Taiwanese followers, Will Smith and Jaden Smith showed up at a promotional event in Taipei this afternoon (May 3).

The father-son team is spending three days in the city to plug their brand new movie “After Earth,” and it seems the locals just can’t get enough of them.

The Smiths arrived in Taipei last night following a multiple-day roll-out of the flick in Tokyo, Japan, and tonight they’ll head over to Taipei 101, the tallest skyscraper in town, where the title “After Earth” will be laser-projected onto the 1,600 foot exterior.

And according to an insider, Will has refused to use special entrance and exit routes during the events, and would rather get mobbed by fans in order to have more opportunities to sign autographs and interact.

Teaming up for some media duties, Will Smith and his son Jaden Smith showed up at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Tokyo, Japan today (May 2).

The “Just the Two of Us” rapper and his “Karate Kid” progeny looked to be thoroughly enjoying themselves as they posed for photos and chatted with members of the press about their new film “After Earth.”

Also starring Isabelle Fuhrman, Zoe Kravitz, Kristofer Hivju, and Sophie Okonedo, “After Earth” is slated to hit theaters on May 31st.

Per the synopsis, “A crash landing leaves Kitai Raige and his father Cypher stranded on Earth, 1,000 years after events forced humanity''s escape. With Cypher injured, Kitai must embark on a perilous journey to signal for help.”
